From what I've read on this stuff seems like pretty standard range/practice ammo, 1150 fps, so its not super spicy as far as velocity goes, as to the cleanliness, its gonna run alot cleaner then say Tula. Wolf or any of your other steel case, some brass case still runs pretty dirty ( talking to you armscor) but you can just run a bore snake through the barrel after the range, and hit the feed ramp and outside of the barrel with some balistol and a paper towel, and it'll be more the sufficient.

James, it is the same ammunition as I linked the FPS just in a different package. It is good to go as the few hundred rounds I fired that came in plastic bags were no different in performance than my Winchester or Remington target ammo. Cheers and stay safe!
