I recomend contacting Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. Or use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I hope this helps!
I believe you're only allowed two open layaways at a time. We're just customers as yourself though not buds employees. I'd contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm to see if they'd be willing to work something out with you. Hope this helps.
Keith, TB Members can have up to (2) Active Layaway's with not fee's charged. You can open another but standard fee's would be accessed. Cheers and stay safe!
