Brian, Bud's will not ship the magazines, even if your FFL agrees to pin them. Bud's will ship the gun with no magazines and you can replace them yourself. Sorry, but this is Bud's policy. Have a great day!

Brian, Buds a=will only ship without magazines if capacity is the only State restriction. You would need to purchase compliant magazines separately. Cheers and stay safe!

Buds won't ship a firearm that isn't already state compliant to be modified. Buds will remove the magazine to make it state compliant but won't replace it. So if you want you can purchase the firearm and during checkout buds will have an option asking if you want the magazine removed but then you'll have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately.
