Kevin, Buds will only ship without the non compliant magazine. Springfield does not show compact 10rd magazines on their website. You would have to purchase this and during checkout buds has an option to remove the magazine. Unfortunately they'll remove the magazine but won't replace it. So you would then have to purchase a state compliant 10 round magazine to use the pistol. Hope this helps.
