Carl, since the members here do not have access to Buds inventory, Buds Customer Service will need to confirm production dates of this batch of P365's with their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
I would imagine with the extremely high demand for firearms right now it would be new production. Only way to find out for sure though would be to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Hope this helps.
