You can purchase this one and during checkout buds has an option to remove the magazine but buds won't replace the magazine. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately to use the firearm. I found an all black version of this that comes with 10 round magazines if you're interested it's item number 736676086337 just type the item number into buds search and it'll pop up.
