NO, this has non-match heavy-barreled 457 action. The MTR series is the one with a match chamber and is a bit more expensive (unless it's the standard Varmint MTR which is cheaper) I hope this helps!
Jody, unfortunately no, this rifle has a 16.5" Heavy Cold Hammer Forged threaded Barrel with a1:16" Twist Rate. The MTN would have the Match Chamber over the MTR. Cheers and stay safe!
