Hi Rodger, Quality wise I'd say they're neck & neck. Both are great rifles.

I will take a Windham over a colt most of the time but without knowing which model I can only speak in general terms. I feel that Windham is the better quality gun while colt is the king of resale and name recognition colt has some top ar-15s and some budget ar-15
