Unfortunately buds won't ship a firearm that isn't already state compliant. The only thing buds will do is remove the magazine but they won't replace it. So you could purchase this and during checkout buds has an option to remove the magazine, then you'll have to purchase a state compliant magazine to use the firearm separately. But they won't ship this unless it's already state compliant to be pinned. Sorry but hope this helps.

Dan, sorry, but Bud's policy is not to ship non-compliant magazines, even if the FFL agrees to pin them. Bud's will remove them, but will not replace them, that would be on you.
