Yes, +p ammunition will run fine in this. As with any firearm I'd recommend limited use since +p ammo can wear parts out quicker than standard pressure ammo but unless you're running thousands of rounds I doubt you'll ever notice a difference vs standard velocity ammo. Hope this helps.
