Yes, buds online store and in stores are ran separately. Not sure how much they charge for that you would have to contact the in store buds you plan to ship it to. Hope this helps.
The transfer fee comes from when you pick it up from your local FFL dealer . You should contact them directly to see how much their transfer fee is as it varies at each dealership.
Phil, most stores do not charge a transfer fee if a firearm is purchased directly from their store. I would confirm whether or not with Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
