The only difference I'm seeing is the le version comes with three 8 round magazines and this one only comes with two. So 5080500LE just looks to be the le/law enforcement version of (5083500). Makes sense since most law enforcement versions either come at a discount or come with extra goodies, usually an extra magazine. The le version is out of stock and looks like buds doesn't plan on getting it anytime soon so I'd just go with this model. Hope this helps.
