Anthony, NO, THIS IS NOT CT LEGAL. The feature ban largely applies to guns that were not registered as assault weapons or non-banned by name/platform guns sold after the AWB went into place. Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifles are specifically named as a banned weapon on the CT list of restricted assault weapons. Doesn't matter how you dress it up, it cannot be made CT legal.
