Yes, this is a legal to own firearm in MD, minus the 25 round magazine.
Yes, without the 25 round magazine this is legal in Maryland. During checkout buds has an option to remove the magazine but they won't replace it. So you will have to purchase a state compliant magazine. Like item number 022188143379 just type the item number into buds search and it'll pop up. Hope this helps.
