I would check on large gun and accessory sites like (6)un (8)roker and Guns International as discontinued and hard to find firearms and accessories show up for sale by private individuals and small shops. Think the reason buds does this is so law enforcement and similar professions have first shot at higher demand firearms. Usually these firearms come at a discount or come with extra goodies like an extra magazine. I get frustrated with it too because I've found several items that I want and they usually seem to be qualified professionals only. Like Edward said hopefully when buds gets this back in stock they'll make this available for everyone and not just qualified professionals. Or you may be able to find one on a website called gunbr0ker. Hope this clears some of it up.
