Thomad, unfortunately the Ranger II is 3 inch only. Accuracy does not seem to suffer between the 3 inch and shorter chamber models. Cheers and stay safe!

This only comes in a 3 inch chamber but you can safely shoot 2.5 or 3 inch shells. Hope this helps.

Thomad, the BA Ranger is chambered to fire up to 3" .410 shot shells. There is not a model that only shoots 2 1/2" shells, although you can shoot either 2 1/2" or 3" from this gun. Have a great day!
