Kenneth, unfortunately no as Bersa did not renew CA Roster certification. Bersa currently only has (1) CA legal firearm which will likely expire as well : -- https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150994

Ken, the only Bersa on the CA DOJ roster is the Firestorm 380. >>> https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/handgun/firestorm-380
