If you're using your phone the Blue Chat button doesn't like working right. I've noticed if I turn my phone sideways to make the screen bigger it'll pop up. If not you'll have to log in on a computer, tablet or laptop. Hope this helps.

Chat is up now. Firefox is the most stable for Chat for me. Chat volume (likely due to reduced staff taking calls/chat and more personnel resources being used to process orders is absolutely real as stated by Buds themselves several times in the recent past. Cheers and stay safe!
