Hi Earl, Black powder does not fall under the firearms laws. Unless you include the powder itself then it becomes hazmat. The ATF does not consider black powder to be a firearm at all. I'm not sure on Buds policy but i know I've had it shipped usps without issues.

It depends on the Blackpowder revolver if it uses blackpowder cartridges it will be treated like a modern firearm if it is a cap and ball revolver it can be shipped directly to your residence (unless state/local laws prevent it)
