Unfortunately this is not legal in new jersey due to the magazine that attaches outside of the pistol grip, threaded barrel, and manufacturers weight of 50 Ozs or more. Sorry but hope this helps.

Robert, no sir, Dictator Murphy doesn't trust you with this gun in The People's Republik of NJ. It has a magazine that attaches outside the pistol grip (somehow that's more dangerous than a mag in the grip), threaded barrel (the threads make it more deadly), and weight of 50 oz or more (you cannot safely handle a gun that weighs that much).
