Richard, if you accepted the transfer you will need to contact Cobra Firearms. If not, just refuse the transfer and Buds will arrange pickup and refund. You can contact Buds Customer Service for assistance at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

If you did the background check and transfer at the FFL/gunshop you will have to contact cobra at 661-257-1406. If you did not do the transfer then just call buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Until you transfer the firearm into your name buds can help, but as soon as you transfer the firearm then the manufacturer has to assist you. I always advise people to thoroughly check the firearm before doing any paperwork. Hope this helps.
