Jeremy, this specific model is not Slide Cut for Optics. You would need to use a Dovetail based Optics Plate in place of the Rear Sight to mount a Red Dot  :  Example  :  https://shop.springerprecision.com/cz-75-trijicon-rmr-dovetail-mount/

As of now you have to send the slide to Wilson to be cut for the optic you want.  They are coming out with optics ready models soon.
