Grzegorz, Ammunition sales to Massachusetts residents only with LTC or FID AND must transfer through a Massachusetts-licensed ammunition seller who will agree to transfer first. Details under Accessories/Ammunition here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf
If you're asking if you can ship ammo to someone in Massachusetts, yes but you would have to do so threw ups or FedEx it can't be USPS and you would have to ship it to an FFL dealer/gunshop who can transfer it to whom you're sending it to for it to be legal. If you want to buy ammo online and have it shipped to you in Massachusetts, yes it's legal but it would have to be shipped to a FFL dealer/gunshop who can transfer it into your name. Hope this helps.
Ammunition sales to Massachusetts residents only with LTC or FID AND must transfer through a Massachusetts-licensed ammunition seller who will agree to transfer first. So, the answer is, it must be shipped to a FFL first, then transferred to yourself. Pretty messed up, dam gun grabbing states!
