I have a similar garment and it is best suited to 45 to 55 degree weather when worn with an Under Armor type pull over. It is wind and water resistant but will soak through in extremely wet environments.

50-58 degrees.

It looks more like what we called a windbreaker where the primary purpose is to be a outer windproof water resistant shell the warmth would come from what layers you used under it that said jacket alone 55- 40 depending on your cold tolerance (I like it colder so I would wear it in colder weather)
