Trey, the only difference is the Country of manufacture. The UA455S203 is Made in the USA and the PA455S203 is made in Austria. Cheers!

The Glock starting with a U is made in the USA. The Glock starting with a P is made in Austria. They're identical other than the place they were manufactured. All Glocks with the model number starting with P is made in Austria and U for USA. Hope this helps.
