Iver Johnson makes pretty good quality items, I'd put it around the same as rock island armory. I know Iver Johnson 1911s strictly say not to shoot +p ammunition threw them so I'm guessing their barrels are the same. So I wouldn't recommend hot loads. Hope this helps.

Ismael, this is not as fully supported as some other 10mm 1911 Barrels. If you are seeking Underwood, Doubletap or Buffalo Bore level Heavy Loads, I would look elsewhere. Cheers and stay safe!
