Donnell, unfortunately no being a Semi-Auto and having restrictions 1, 2, 4 & 5 (and 30rd Magazine) listed under Rifles here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
This one is also not legal in new jersey due to the pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel, flash hider and 30 round magazine. Your only allowed one feature and this has atleast 4. Sorry but hope this helps.
