Donny, the 1012 model line comes in a hard plastic case inside a cardboard box. Includes: (5) Chokes - Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder. Cheers and stay safe!

This includes 5 Chokes Full, Improved Modified, Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder and yes it comes in a hard case. Hope this helps.
