Buds reduced price from $503 to $480 before it shipped. I didn't cancel order, I just asked for the lower price, they never bothered to return a answer, I guess they liked my money more than they liked me as a customer. how do I get my $38.00 bucks ?

Hi William, probably not what you want to hear, but Buds policy is the price at the time of purchase is the price. Stock levels and prices change frequently as their site updates every 20mins. The model is fair as Buds would not charge you more if the price increased before shipping. If you have the 30 day price match guarantee you can submit a claim for the difference. Besides the policy mumbo jumbo, I would call Buds and ask to speak with a Manager on this. It would be sad to lose a customer over $38  1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri.
