William, this will depend entirely on date of manufacturer (since Buds sometimes use the incorrect stock photo's). Buds Customer Service should be able to get this information from their Inventory Dept. for you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Because of the extremely high demand for firearms I'd imagine this is gen two and buds is just using an old photo. The only way to find out for sure though is to call buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Sorry can't give a definite answer but hope this helps some.

William, It is a Gen 2 . Bud's is using a Gen 1 picture, but the model number and upc number are for the Gen 2. Gen 1 has a model number of GAP545SB. Have a great day!
