This comes with a nikko 4-16×50mm scope with 30mm tube. I can't find anywhere saying if this is a 0 moa rail or a 20 moa rail. You would have to contact Howa at 1-800-553-4229 or email them at customer_service@legacysports.com for a definite answer. Since it doesn't say anywhere I'd imagine it's 0 moa/flat, cause normally they'll tell you if it's 20moa/angled for long range. Hope this helps.
