Out of the four you mentioned the best in my opinion would be the Beretta apx. Another option around the same price is a canik, item number HG5643N has a 3.5 inch barrel and item number HG4869TN has a 4.19 inch barrel. Both are fantastic pistols. So I'd choose one of those two or the Beretta. Hope this helps and good luck with your choice.
Edward, I have the Beretta APX Full Size, and Compact and I can vouch for it being an excellent pistol even when compared to similar sized pistols costing twice as much. I second the Canik TP9 SF Elite, Beretta customer service is pretty poor.
