Unfortunately no. Under federal law, you can only purchase a handgun from within your own state of residence. If you want to buy a handgun from an out of state source, by law you are required to have the person out of state ship the gun to a licensed firearm dealer located in your state, then that shop can transfer the handgun to you. David, unfortunately no on handguns. Only long guns can be purchased in store by out of State residents by Federal Law. You would need to have the Handgun shipped to a local FFL Dealer in your State of residence. Cheers and stay safe!

David, federal law prohibits handgun purchases out of state. You can walk in and choose the handgun and have it sent to your FFL in your home state. You can walk in and purchase a long gun and walk out with it, just not handguns. Have a great day!
