I recently used the Credova finance option to purchase a shotgun at Buds. Does that mean I have a line of credit with them or do I need to apply each time I want to finance a gun?

Brad, you do not have a line of credit with Bud's. You would have to apply each time. Be careful with Credova and make sure you read all the fine print. Have a great day!
