Michael, unfortunately no. This is not legal in new York due to being able to accept a detachable magazine. Any semi automatic shotgun that can accept a detachable magazine is restricted. Sorry but hope this helps.

I'd recommend a pump action shotgun since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics do.
