Not with a screw adjustment system like dedicated adjustable sights. You could adjust for windage by drifting the rear sight in its dovetail, but no adjustment for elevation.

Michael, this one is only adjustable for windage and you would need a sight pusher or a hammer/punch set. You can easily replace these with fully adjustable sights though. Sorry but hope this helps.

Michael, unfortunately I just checked and can't find any M&P with fully adjustable sights. They're more for concealed carry/defense so they normally have standard 3 dot sights or night sights. Can't find any with adjustable target style sights. So if you're set on a M&P you would have to replace the sights. Sorry again but hope this helps.
