Similarly to 11826, the rear sight is just solid steel with no adjustment screw built in for on the fly adjustment, if they are off you would just use a sight pusher to adjust windage, replace for elevation changes.
Michael, this one is exactly the same and only adjustable for windage and you would need a sight pusher or a hammer/punch set. You can easily replace these with fully adjustable sights though. Sorry but hope this helps.

Michael, unfortunately I just checked and can't find any M&P with fully adjustable sights. They're more for concealed carry/defense so they normally have standard 3 dot sights or night sights. Can't find any with adjustable target style sights. So if you're set on a M&P you would have to replace the sights. Sorry again but hope this helps.
