You would have to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. In order for this to be California compliant it has to have CA or AA is indicated in the model number. Those have a muzzle brake instead of a flash hider. Since this is used buds isn't using the correct model number. You will have to call and find out if it's go CA or AA in it. Looks like this has a muzzle brake, not a flash hider though.
