Eduardo, it must be on the CA DOJ roster of approved handguns. The gun can be CA compliant in every way, but if it is not on the roster, you cannot purchase it. Unfortunately, this gun is not on the roster. The gun manufacturer must pay a $200 yearly fee for each gun to have it on the roster. There are a few Px4 Storms on the roster, but they all have 4" barrels, this particular model in not listed.
