YES, there is a full rail on the top and mlok for the sides and bottom of the handguard. As for legality, it is perfectly ok to put rail panels and hand stop, as long as you don't put foregrip on it. I hope this helps!

Pascual, yes you definitely can. This has a mlok handguard so any mlok rail panels will work, and any mlok handstop will work. I've personally never used rail panels but I've heard great things about ( mlok rail scales ). Just Google it. As for a handstops I like ( strike industries curved foregrip ) Wich is an angled foregrip so it's legal to have on a pistol. Again just Google ( mlok rail scales ) and ( strike industries mlok curved foregrip ). Any M-LOK rail panels and hand stops will work though. Hope this helps.
