They are set up for right hand operation from the factory, but ejection, the charging handle, and magazine release can be swapped by the user for left hand operation, doesn't require much of any tools either. James, this is completely ambidextrous/reversable. So this can be easily handled by both left and right handed shooters. Hope this helps.
