Victor, no you can not shoot 45 win mag in a 45 long colt firearm. They're two completely different rounds and wouldn't recommend it. Sorry but hope this helps.

Victor, unfortunately no Sir. Most 45LC firearms are operating at 32,000 cup and the 45WM at 40,000 +cup. Which is 10% higher than standard 44 Magnum pressures. For safety and warranty reasons, never attempt to fire 45WM in a 45LC handgun. Cheers and stay safe!
