No, it must be picked up by the actual buyer who is the Transfer/Recipient on the 4473 ATF form.. The BATF requires the FFL to only let the actual buyer pickup the firearm so there is no potential of a straw purchase.

Hi Robert, sorry it isn't possible. What you could do is order it under their name then have them transfer it back to you.
