Ken, OAL is 23.5 ̋ collapsed and exactly 26 ̋extended. It is good to go in MI as it is not over 26". Have a great day!

Kenneth, yes Sir, it is MI legal. Overall Length is 23.5 inches (59.7 cm) Collapsed & 26.0 inches (66.0 cm) Extended. It just makes muster in MI. Cheers and stay safe!
