I would disagree and say not compliant, reasoning that while the frame is steel, the slide is ZAMAK and runs afoul of the melting point restrictions. Walther themselves cites this reason on their own site as well: https://waltherarms.com/2019/06/14/firearm-restrictions-by-state/
