No, only an extractor. Opening the action will push the empty case slightly out of the chamber but it must be pulled out manually.
James, no Sir, this break open action has an Extractor and the shell must be manually removed (it will extract the shell about the length of the brass case of low brass shells and half the length of the brass case of high brass shells), Cheers and stay safe!
