Angel, Id contact buds customer service to make sure cause from the picture and description this sounds like the cm9. The cm9 is hammer fired while the sars9 is striker fired and the picture and descriptions lead me to believe this is hammer fired. It even says cm9 on the frame. Firearms are too expensive to guess. So Id contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen to find out for sure. Sorry cant give a definite answer but hope this helps some.
