James, you can fire (1) of each in either barrel Sir. Cheers and stay safe!

You can shoot 1 of each or load both barrel with the same rounds IE 410/45LC 45LC/45LC 410/410 its your choice as both will work in each barrel

James, you can do a 45lc in the top barrel and a 410 in the bottom barrel or 410 In the top and 45 on the bottom. Doesn't matter how you want to load it, both top and bottom barrels will shoot either caliber. Hope this helps.

James, either barrel will shoot either shot. You can do both .45, both .410, or mix & match one of each. No need to change barrel. Have a great day!
