Felix, yes this will work fine with your heritage rough rider and the original 22lr cylinder that comes with it. You would only need to buy the other cylinder to shoot 22 wmr. this ammo is 22lr so will have no problem shooting it. Hope this helps.

Felix, if your Heritage has the 22LR Cylinder, yes. If it has the 22MWR Cylinder then no. 22Mag and 22LR are not interchangeable in the opposite Cylinders which is precisely why Heritage sells combo models with (2) Cylinders. Cheers and stay safe!.
Feloix, that depends on which cylinder you have. If your RR has a 22wmr cylinder, then these will not work. If you have the .22lr cylinder, they will work. 22mwr and 22lr are not interchangeable. Have a great day!
