James, this has a muzzle velocity of 1541fps out of a 5 inch barrel. Since Glock 29 has a 3.78 inch barrel I would take 100-150 fps off that. So it would roughly be around 1441-1391fps. Hope this helps.

James, 1541 with a 5 inch barrel. Handguns average about 40 to 50 fps velocity loss per inch with lighter bullets and 60 to 75 fps with standard weigh bullets(the heavier the bullet the greater the velocity loss per inch of barrel).
